Payment

Shipping for multiple items in your cart does not always give an accurate reflection of what the 'actual' combined postage cost will be. I'm afraid this is because in the U.K., Etsy does not offer sellers a 'combined' postage rate option and it's impossible for me to know in advance what combination of products a customer may purchase (and thus the parcel weight) and apply the correct postage. A shipping cost is therefore applied for each item, however, I will refund any postage overages at the time of processing your order.

Please pay by Paypal. This means that you can use any major credit card, without signing up for a paypal account if you don't want to. If you would like further information about this, there is a handy article explaining the process here -

Please pay within three working days. Beyond this time, I reserve the right to relist the item and cancel the transaction. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, or there is a problem with making the payment for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible.

Shipping

I usually ship items within one to two working days of receipt of payment but this can vary if an item is 'made to order' or during particularly busy spells. Please check my shop announcement, as any temporary delays will be stated there.

To keep postage costs reasonable, I send items up to the value of £20 inclusive via a standard Royal Mail delivery service that is not tracked. If you would like the option to track your parcel en route this can be arranged at a small extra costs (approx £3-8). Please contact me prior to purchase and I will happily give you a quote.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping to a faster method, please contact me before purchase and I will give you a quote.

The delivery timesales given by Etsy are 'estimated' and not guaranteed. I nor Etsy can be held responsbile for interruptions to service from a third party provider.

The same principle applies for items sent to Europe and America. All items over £25 will be sent via a tracked service, unless otherwise requested. Delivery timescales are typically 10-15 days but can take longer. Any known delays in the postal service will be listed in my shop announcement.

If a parcel is not received within the expected timeframe, I am able to contact Royal Mail, 25 days after the original expected delivery date to ask them to investigate the parcel.

Are the colours in your photographs accurate?
I try and take photos that are an accurate representation of the product colours using natural daylight only and no filters. Due to different monitor settings, the colours may vary very slightly when viewed on different devices. Please bear this in mind when purchasing.

Is the guaranteed delivery date provided accurate?
The guaranteed delivery date is provided by Etsy and not me. As I am dependent on a third party to deliver your order, once it has left my hands it is out of my control and sometimes parcels take a little longer to be delivered than expected. To avoid disappointment, if you require an item by a certain date, please contact me directly and I will be happy to provide an option for a faster/guaranteed service if available. This will come with a small charge for an upgraded service.
